Lovely gentle yoga session, easily adapted to suit individual abilities.
Attended this as a reintroduction to yoga after abdominal surgery: it was just perfect, particularly as it was completely chair focused with no need to get onto the floor at all.
All equipment was provided including a mat (for standing on), various sized blocks, and of course the chair.
Very welcoming, friendly and easy to follow instruction.
