What happens at this event?

A collaboration between TRC and Inner Light Yoga to provide a bespoke Yin yoga experience, designed specifically for running recovery and restoration.

Each month we will come together to recover and restore after that evenings run and focus on improving flexibility, breathing techniques for recovery and overall relaxation of mind, body and spirit.

Things to remember

Please bring your own mat and have some dry, comfortable clothes to change in to, especially if it's been wet out.

There won't be any food or drink provided so please bring any small snacks to have on your way home, and a spill-proof water/drinks container…

Look out for one-off trial sessions. When made available, you can book a trial before committing to the rest of the term.

It is up to you how many weeks you join, but don’t leave it too long, as you may risk sessions selling out!

What do I need to bring?
Please bring a mat and a drink/water in a spill-proof container. If you think your running gear might be a bit wet/grubby from the run, please bring something dry to change in to for the session.
WHAT IS YIN YOGA?

CAN I DO A TRIAL SESSION?
Yes, of course! As part of the special collaboration between TRC and Inner Light Yoga, your first ticket can be bought at the trial price of £5, then if you want to come back for more, you have two options: 1. Buy a single ticket each time you can come, priced at £12. 2. Buy a ticket for the remaining block of 5 sessions in the series for just £35. This will mean your total 6 sessions will only cost £6.67 each! Absolute bargain for the bespoke TRC series.
WHAT ARE MY TICKET OPTIONS?
I've tried to keep it as flexible and simple as possible, so you have 3 great options to join us! 1. Buy the ticket for the whole series of 6 sessions at £40. **This is the most economical option to attend all of the series.** 2. Buy a 1-time trial ticket at £5, then when you see how great Yin yoga with Inner Light Yoga is, buy the remaining 5 session ticket at £35. Total paid will be £40 and so the sits at the top with most economical way to attend all of the series. 3. Buy a 1-time trial ticket at £5, then a single session ticket priced at £12 each time you can come, if there are remaining spaces... this will be the most expensive way to attend all of the series and will cost you £65 if you join for the full series.
WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT AFTER THE SESSION?
Yin yoga is a wonderfully relaxing physical experience, whilst also helping to calm the mind. Especially if you have been running just prior to the session, you will likely feel quite tired but relaxed and will hopefully fall to sleep very easily when you get home! Oftentimes, especially if we have been working on hip flexibility and mobility, stored emotions can come to the fore; this is very normal.
